Had the great pleasure of being interviewed recently by Becker's Health Review.  Being a CFO means many things, somedays it means getting to meet a former president to talk about where the industry is heading, other days it is working with operations and finance to develop a budget or a business plan and on other days it is working to find a solution because 16,000 caregivers and their families are depending on you to make sure their jobs are secure and the organization can thrive. 

It is a fascinating role to play and an opportunity to be in the front row as we try to figure out how to improve healthcare in this country.  Scott Becker of Becker's Healthcare recently interviewed me for a podcast and then separately for some leadership advice and industry insights.
